Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BA gear! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING

Have your BA gear shipped directly to your home! Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days. Please remember that the Campus Store is closed Saturday–Monday.

LOCKER DELIVERY

Make it easy and choose FREE Student Locker Delivery at checkout! We’ll deliver your order to your student’s locker and send you an email once it has been delivered.

STORE PICK UP

Prefer to pick it up yourself? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
